Hi! My name is Eboni and I am excited that you have chosen to find someone to help you live your best life. I know that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, even when you feel like you are out of options. I thrive on making my clients feel at ease about the therapeutic process while giving them the tools to reduce their stress and anxiety.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in mental health for over 10 years and love my work with couples and individuals. I am lucky enough to spend my days helping couples get the love they desire and individuals identify healthy and unhealthy patterns. My approach to therapy is based on 2 concepts:
“Intimacy and communication can make or break relationships.”
“It only takes one person to change the dynamics of any relationship.”
There are times when everyone will face difficulties in their relationships and everyday life. I am here to sit with you on those days and help you find the strength to move toward a better tomorrow when you are ready. I partner with clients that work hard to make necessary changes to the live the life they deserve.
Some random facts about me in case you were curious. I love discussing/debating anything related to sex and relationships. This is what led to me starting Room for Relations: Sex and Relationship Podcast. I am also co-founder of Melanin and Mental Health an organization committed to reducing the stigma of mental health in minority communities. When not seeing clients I love traveling, happy hour, brunches and any place that will give me nachos with a side of French fries.
